About The Job:

The Senior BD is expected to leverage his expertise in identifying business opportunities and driving growth. This role involves cultivating strong client relationships, actively seeking new prospects, and delivering tailored corporate service solutions. The senior BD guides clients through our offerings, manages complex contract negotiations, and ensures client satisfaction. The Senior BD has excellent communication skills, engages in cross-functional collaboration, and stays informed about industry trends through market research. Responsibilities include managing sales performance metrics, developing sales strategies, supporting team members, and representing the company at networking events.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Generation and conversion
    • Identify and pursue potential direct leads and leads generators (business introducers), utilizing your expertise to spot business opportunities.
  • Prospect and Client Engagement
    • Cultivate strong relationships, manage and ensure conversion and client satisfaction. Seek out new prospects actively. Manage relationships through emails, live chats, phone, and face to face interactions.
  • Tailored Solutions
    • Collaborate with prospects and Business introducers to understand their unique needs and present customized corporate service solutions. Manage the process to identify the scope of work, define the business case, complete pricing analysis, present proposals, negotiate and convert to sales.
  • Client Education
    • Guide prospects, Business introducers and network through our services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they understand the benefits.
  • Contract Negotiations
    • Work with Company management in handling complex contract negotiations.
  • Documentation:
    • Keep accurate records of prospects interactions, sales activities, and market insights. Generate reports for informed decision-making.
  • Client Feedback
    • Collect and use prospects, clients and business introducers feedback to enhance our services.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Work closely with teams like account managers, legal & compliance, finance and operations for a seamless client experience. Support Junior Business Development team members in converting their leads and Account Managers team in their cross-selling activities.
  • Networking
    • Develop your professional network in corporate services and legal industries. And in any industries and network in need of Corporate Services. Attend and be an active brand ambassador in relevant events to represent SFM Corporate Services.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on services and industry trends, analyse competitors, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy and strategic planning:
    • Analyse, develop, and implement effective sales strategies, including target identification and process definition (current / prospective customers).
  • Continuous Learning
    • Build professional network in corporate services and legal industries. Attend relevant events to represent SFM.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, legal regulations, and market dynamics to remain an expert.
  • Quality and Assurance
    • Handle company and clients’ information with the utmost confidentiality.
    • Adhere with Company policies and procedures to ensure that all compliance and reporting related activities meet the highest standards of excellence
    • Improve internal policies and procedures and deploy tools to deploy compliance activities more effectively and with the highest standards of excellence
    • Conduct regular checks and reviews to identify areas for improvement and work proactively with teams to address any issues.
    • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of service quality.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Law degree advantageous). Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of Business Development roles in the company formation and corporate services field
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least two other languages (multilingual candidates preferred, including French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, etc.).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional at establishing connections and building trust./li>
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business fields of Offshore and UAE based mainland and free zone. Familiar with industry-specific tools and software for company formation and corporate services.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills and effective multitasking.
  • Project Management skills
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles. Proven records of sales growth.
  • Market Research Skills: Proficient in market analysis and trend identification.
  • Networking Abilities: Effective in expanding professional connections.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to changing market dynamics.
