About The Job:
The Junior BD has a strong background in lead generation and client engagement within the corporate services industry. This role involves identifying potential leads, responding promptly to inquiries, and understanding customer requirements to present tailored solutions that drive sales. The Junior BD is responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and addressing objections to close deals. Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead Generation and conversion
- Identify and pursue potential leads within the corporate services industry, utilizing your expertise to spot business opportunities. Engage with prospects and convert ensuring alignment between needs and structure proposed.
- Responding to Inquiries
- Respond to incoming emails, live chats, and phone inquiries promptly. Engage and deliver in face-to-face meetings.
- Listening to Customer Requirements
- Understand customer requirements and present solutions appropriately to make a sale, on the shelf or tailored.
- Client Engagement

- Client Education
- Guide clients through our services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they understand the benefits.
- Client Feedback
- Collect and use client feedback to enhance our services.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Law degree advantageous). Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of Business Development roles in the company formation and corporate services field or in customer services field preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least two other languages (multilingual candidates preferred, including French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, etc.).
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional at establishing connections and building trust./li>

- Adaptability:: Flexible in adjusting to changing market dynamics.
